Practical skills. Real tasks. Clear boundaries.

Recognition for what people can do, not simply that they attended.

BlueCap AI recognises demonstrated practical achievement: building a useful AI setup, applying it responsibly across real work, or helping another person develop their own skills.

Bronze, Silver and Gold certificates recognise applied skills. They are not accredited qualifications or regulated professional certifications.

Build, apply, then help someone else

The regular pathway reflects increasing practical capability. A participant may be recognised at the level they can already demonstrate, without needing to purchase or receive every earlier level.

Bronze

Practical Project Builder

Create and use one functional AI setup

You demonstrate that you can create, test and use a clearly scoped AI Project or assistant for a real task, while checking the result and applying appropriate safety boundaries.

Silver

Practical AI Practitioner

Apply AI independently across real work

You demonstrate responsible, independent use across more than one real task, Project or workflow, including reviewing and refining AI-supported work.

Gold

Practical AI Coach

Help someone else create their own setup

You demonstrate that you can guide another person through creating and safely testing their own functional Project or workflow while keeping the learner in control.

Separate honorary recognition

Platinum Champion Recognition

Platinum recognises significant leadership, advocacy or contribution to safe, ethical and practical AI adoption. It is not a course level and is not a higher technical qualification than Gold.

How progression works

Evidence, not attendance

Recognition is based on what a person demonstrates through practical use. Sessions and follow-up support can help someone develop the skills, but attending alone does not guarantee an award.

  1. 1
    Choose a real task

The purpose should be clear, useful and appropriately low risk.

  2. 2
    Use and test the setup

The participant works with a functional Project, assistant or workflow.

  3. 3
    Review and explain

They show human checking and explain the limits, safety and privacy boundaries.

  4. 4
    Record the achievement

The certificate states only the specific capability supported by the evidence.

Privacy by default

Assessment is proportionate. Private Projects, prompts, source documents and sensitive work are not published. Anonymised summaries or direct confirmation can be used where the original material is private.

Initial pilot certificates

Recognition applied in practice

These first examples show how the framework records an exact, evidence-based achievement. Public display is optional and separate consent is recorded for each recipient and partner use.

Certificate verification

Check a BlueCap AI certificate

Enter the complete certificate ID to prepare a verification request. BlueCap AI can confirm whether the record is active and matches the recognition shown. Private assessment evidence is not disclosed.

This opens an email to William Huckeba III at BlueCap AI with the certificate ID included.

For organisations and delivery partners

Make practical outcomes visible

The framework gives partners a clearer record of what participants achieved beyond attendance. It can support workshop follow-up, staff development, pilot reporting and evidence conversations without turning practical coaching into an examination.

  • Recognition tied to genuine tasks and usable outputs
  • Proportionate evidence with privacy-conscious handling
  • Specific wording that avoids inflated competence claims
  • Optional public and LinkedIn recognition with separate consent
